Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Rally, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Rally. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally.
2. What Rally does and does not do
Rally helps friends coordinate fitness classes. You create a plan, share one link, and everyone sees who is going. Rally does not book classes, hold spots, charge you, or guarantee that a class, studio, or spot will be available. Bookings, payments, cancellations, and studio policies are between you and the studio.
3. Accounts
You log in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. Activity on your account is your responsibility, so let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Rally may refuse or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Your content
You own the plans and notes you create. By posting them, you give Rally permission to display them to people with the plan link, which is how the service works. You confirm that what you post does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that you will not post other people's private information. Anyone with a plan link can view that plan and RSVP to it, so do not put sensitive information in a plan.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Rally for anything illegal, or to harass or harm anyone;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent a plan;
- scrape, overload, or interfere with Rally, or try to bypass its security;
- reverse engineer the service or copy its design and branding for a competing product.
6. Google connections
If you connect Google, Rally reads your booking confirmation emails and upcoming class events to create plans. Rally only reads this data. It never sends email from your account or changes your calendar. You can revoke Rally's access at any time from your Google account permissions page, and Rally will stop syncing new data from that point. Google's own terms and policies also apply to your Google account.
7. Third-party links and services
Rally links to studios and other third-party sites, and reads data from services you connect. Those third parties have their own terms and policies, and Rally is not responsible for their content, availability, or actions.
8. Rally's intellectual property
The Rally name, logo, design, and site content belong to Rally. You may use Rally as intended, but you may not copy, reproduce, or remove notices from Rally's branding or content without permission.
9. Disclaimers
Rally is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Rally does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that plans, RSVPs, and synced bookings will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed classes, studio charges, late-cancel fees, or no-shows by you or anyone else. Rally's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to use Rally, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rally against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content or your violation of these terms.
12. Ending use
You can stop using Rally at any time. Rally may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and may change, pause, or end features or the service with reasonable notice where possible. To delete a plan, use the delete option on its page. To delete your account and your data, tap your name, open Account, and choose Delete my account, or email us at the address below.
13. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date, and significant changes will be highlighted. Continued use of Rally after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Disputes
If you have a dispute, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Rally is offered to people in the United States. These terms are governed by United States federal law and the laws of the state where you live, and any dispute may be brought in the state or federal courts for the county where you live, or in small claims court if it qualifies.
15. State-specific terms
Some states give you rights that a contract cannot take away. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and any part of these terms that your state does not allow will not apply to you.
California: Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
New Jersey: The disclaimers and limits of liability in these terms apply only to the extent New Jersey law allows.
Your privacy rights under state law are described in the Privacy Policy.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Rally for use of the service. Rally's failure to enforce a term does not waive it.
